If you are a patient with an existing account on the old portal, to use the new portal you must first register with your old email address (and choose a new password).

If you are a new patient, register with your email address, then call the office to schedule an appointment. You can also first call the office for an appointment and register prior to your visit.

For your security, you will be required to confirm your email address prior to accessing any of your records. You will receive an email confirmation upon registration.

Once you are logged in, click on your email address to change your email address, enable 2FA, or change your password.
